1. About these terms

You must have an account to use Suzi Chat (suzichat.com). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

2. Age requirement

Suzi Chat is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to create an account or use the service. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 will be removed.

3. Your account

  • Your username is your only public name. Your real name is kept private.
  • Usernames must be unique, and you must not use a username that impersonates someone else or is offensive.
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account. Keep your password safe.

4. Chat rooms and room owners

  • Any member can create a chat room. The room owner controls the room and can kick and ban users, and appoint hosts and moderators.
  • Room owners are responsible for what happens in their room. By creating a room, you agree to:
    • keep an eye on what is being said and shared in your room
    • remove or ban users who break these terms
    • make sure your hosts and moderators follow these terms
    • report illegal content or serious issues to support@suzichat.com straight away
  • Room owners who go live in their room must follow the same rules as all other content.
  • Suzi Chat may still step in, remove content, or close a room at any time if these terms are broken.

5. Content rules

You must not post, send, stream or share:

  • adult or sexual content of any kind
  • illegal content
  • harassment, bullying, threats or hate speech
  • content that impersonates another person
  • spam, scams or misleading links
  • anything that harms other users or the running of the service

This applies everywhere on Suzi Chat, including chat rooms, direct messages, Reels, Snaps, Dating, profiles and live streams.

6. Your content

You own the content you share. By posting it on Suzi Chat, you allow us to display it on the service so that it can work as intended. You are responsible for what you post.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Suzi Chat may remove content, restrict features or suspend or close accounts that break these terms, without notice.

8. Reporting problems

To report a user, content or a room, or for help with your account, contact support@suzichat.com.

9. Privacy

How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

10. Service availability

Suzi Chat is free to use. We may change, pause or remove features at any time, and we cannot guarantee the service will always be available or error-free.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Suzi Chat after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Liability

You use Suzi Chat and interact with other users at your own risk. Suzi Chat is not responsible for disputes, losses, damages, or harm arising from interactions between users, including offline meetings, whether on or off the platform. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
