This policy explains what information Suzi Chat collects, why, and what choices you have. Suzi Chat is based in Ireland and follows Irish and EU data protection law (GDPR).

• Account details: username, real name (kept private), email address and password (stored encrypted).
• What you share: profile information, photos, videos, Reels, Snaps, chat room messages, direct messages, dating information and game activity.
• Technical information: IP address, device and browser type, login sessions and basic activity logs.

3. Why we use it

• to run your account and let you log in
• to provide chat rooms, messaging, Reels, Snaps, Dating and Games
• to keep Suzi Chat safe: moderation, preventing abuse, spam and fraud, and enforcing our Terms & Conditions
• to fix problems and keep the site working properly
• to meet legal obligations

4. What other users can see

Your username, profile and anything you post in public areas (chat rooms, Reels, Snaps, Dating, profiles) can be seen by other members. Your real name and email address are never shown publicly. Think carefully before sharing personal details in public.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We only share it with:

• companies that host and run the site for us, only as needed to provide the service
• the police or authorities, where the law requires it

6. Cookies

Suzi Chat uses only the cookies needed for the site to work, such as keeping you logged in and remembering your settings. We do not use advertising cookies. If you block cookies in your browser, you may not be able to log in.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. If you close your account, we delete your information, except for records we must keep for legal or safety reasons, such as records of serious rule breaking.

• correct information that is wrong
• delete your account and information
• stop or limit how we use your information

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted passwords. No website can guarantee complete security.

10. Adults only

Suzi Chat is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we find an account belonging to someone under 18, we will delete it.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
